The electric racing bike also gets a few additional upgrades, including softer compound tires for the rims, and a more track-oriented rider triangle. The Ultraviolette F99 also gets hydraulic disc brakes with dual-channel ABS from Bosch. The discs are mounted with 4-piston calipers at the front and single-piston calipers at the rear. The F99 also uses a lot of carbon composite bits to help keep the extra weight down, and comes in a dual-tone color job combo of Meteor Gray and Plasma Red.
The company's co-founder and CEO, Narayan Subramaniam, said that the F99 Factory Racing platform has pushed them to think beyond traditional technologies in the EV space today, and they intend to bring the world's most advanced electric vehicles by combining aviation and racing principles.
