The first electric bike from Ultraviolette Automotive has arrived on the market. The 'Ultraviolet F77' bike has three models: Shadow, Airstrike, and Laser. The F77 is the latest addition to the high-performance electric motorcycle lineup. The vehicle costs between 3.80 lakh and 4.55 lakh ex-showroom. The vehicle is built on a lighter-weight frame than other vehicles. According to the company, this contributes to better handling and faster acceleration.
The electric superbike Ultraviolet's design and features are impressive. The Bengaluru-based company claims it can travel 307 kilometers' on a single charge. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.8 seconds. The electric motor with 30 KV power and 100 Nm torque powers the three-mode bike. The battery is also covered by an 8-year warranty, according to the company. The top speed will be 147 kilometer's per hour.
In addition to the three models, a limited edition model of the bike was introduced at the event. The special edition will be limited to 77 units and will cost Rs 5.5 lakh. Customers will begin receiving their bikes in early January
It takes just 2.8 seconds for the Ultraviolet F77 Performance Electric Motorcycle to reach 60 kilometer's per hour. It takes 7 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometer's per hour. But 147 km/h is the top speed. Three riding modes—Glide, Combat, and Ballistic—are also available on the new bike. Additionally, in an Indian electric two-wheeler, it is the largest battery pack ever found. A warranty for eight years is included with the battery.
Jet fighters are the source of inspiration for the Ultraviolet F77 electric superbike. That serves as the foundation for its angular appearance. The manufacturer also changed the design such that the handlebars are higher and the seat is lower. To further emphasize its sleek look, the F77 EV has no apparent bolts. The manufacturer claims that the manufacturing version of the F77 features enhanced thermal management.
