Top 5️⃣ upcoming Electric bikes in India in 2023

The electric vehicle market in India had shown a growth of 300% in 2022. This growth is fuled by the Increasing concerns around climate change caused by greenhouse gas emissions, increasing fuel price and government incentives. The electric vehicle manufacturers are being optimistic for the new year 2023 and the two wheeler manufacturing giants such as Bajaj, Yamaha and KTM are expected to introduce their electric bikes in India in 2023.

Ultraviolet f77

The Banglore based electric vehicle manufacturer Ultraviolet is expected to launch their electric super bike in 2023 with a price tag starting at ₹3.8 lakh. It offers a top speed of 152 km per hour and can go from 0 to 100 in just 2.9 seconds. The bike is claimed to offer a range of up to 307 km. Click here to read more .

Ola Electric bike.

Ola Electric founder and CEO Bhavish Aggarwal recently revealed through a blog that the company is working on to diversify it's line up. Ola Electric is working on an electric motorcycle and the company will launch multiple styles of electric motorcycle launching in the next couple of years. The more details of the vehicle is yet to be announced.

Oben Rorr.

Oben electric, Bengaluru based EV start up launched their first flagship electric bike called Oben Rorr on March 2022. and is expected to hit the road in 2023.The bike which has been priced at ₹99,999 and is claimed to offer a top speed of 100 km per hour and a range of 150 km on a single charge. 

KTM E- Duke

The KTM will add an electric Duke to it's line up in 2023.The bike is expected to be equipped with a 5.5 kW battery and offer 10kW of nominal power. It is expected to offer a range of 100 km on a single charge. The new E-Duke is expected to see top speeds in 100 to 130 km/h range. The price and more details of the same is yet to be revealed.

Hero Electric AE-47

The Hero Electric AE-47, is expected to finally debut in 2023. The electric bike is expected to be equipped with a swappable battery, allowing users to easily change the battery when they are low on power. The bike is expected to offer a range of 150 km on a single charge
