Introducing the innovative Magic Twist function, the Ather 450 Apex allows riders to decelerate and halt the scooter by reversing the throttle—a distinct feature that sets it apart from traditional regenerative braking systems. Equipped with the same 3.7 kWh battery as its predecessor, the scooter promises a 110km Trurange with a certified 157km range, maintaining its fast charging capability.

However, the model does not qualify for the FAME II subsidy, contributing to the slight price hike. Scheduled to commence deliveries from March 2024, the scooter arrives bundled with a host of offerings, including Ather Connect connected features for 3 years, Ather Battery Protect for 5 years or 60000 KM, and an exclusive Apex collectibles package.

Distinguishing itself from the Ather 450X, the Apex boasts a more powerful motor, higher top speed, and quicker acceleration. The 450 Apex shares the battery pack with the 450X but claims an enhanced range of 157 km on a single charge. Additionally, it introduces the 'Warp+' mode for enhanced acceleration without compromising range and the unique 'Magic Twist' regenerative braking.
