ODYSSE EVOQIS :- Price, Range, Top speed and Features

Odysse Electric Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Vora Group, primarily focuses on various aspects of the automotive industry along with home automation and measurement equipment. In 2017, the company significantly expanded its production into the realm of electric vehicles (EVs), initially starting with e-rickshaws and e-carts, eventually diversifying into electric two-wheelers. One standout offering is the Odysse Evoqis, a fully-faired electric motorcycle that boasts impressive performance.

The Odysse Evoqis accelerates from 0 to 50 kmph in a mere 4.2 seconds and can achieve a top speed of 80 kmph. It offers multiple ride modes for flexible speed control and can carry a maximum load of 170kg. Promising a range exceeding 100 kilometers per charge, the motorcycle's battery can be fully recharged within five hours, ensuring extended rides on a single charge.

Powering the Evoqis is a robust 4.32-kWh, 72V lithium-ion battery, generating 4.3 kW (approximately 5.75 hp) of power and a peak torque of 64 Nm. This formidable electric powertrain enables the bike to reach its top speed with ease. In terms of range, Odysse claims a potential 140 kilometers per full charge, although real-world usage may yield around 90 kilometers.

Design-wise, the Odysse Evoqis is the flagship model of the brand, designed to cater to young, energetic riders seeking an attractive and affordable electric motorcycle. It features a sleek and robust appearance, incorporating an alloy frame and a traditional bike-like fuel tank replica. Most of its body panels are made from durable fiber plastic, and its dimensions measure 2060mm in length, 740mm in width, and 1150mm in height, with a ground clearance of 170mm and a weight of 150kg.

The Evoqis comes in five striking color options: Fire Red, Lime Green, Magna Silver, Candy Blue, and Matt Grey. It offers four driving modes – City Drive, Parking, Sports, and Reverse – accessible via the bike's left-hand handle. The electric bike also features a sleek design, clip-on handlebars, twin-pod headlights, fairing-integrated turning indicators, a stepped seat, and modern amenities like LED lighting, anti-theft locking system, keyless access, and an in-built audio system.

For braking, the Odysse Evoqis is equipped with Disc-type brakes at both ends and features Telescopic Suspension at the front and Spring Suspension at the rear. It rides on 110/70–17 Tubeless tires in the front and 140/70 – 17 Tubeless tires at the rear.

Priced at Rs 171,250, the Odysse Evoqis competes with several notable rivals in the electric two-wheeler market, including the Oben Rorr, Revolt RV400, Kabira Mobility KM 3000, and the upcoming Emflux One.
